The existing app experience housed all KeepHome’s homeownership resources, but there were limited ways for users to discover or save relevant content around a specific topic area. Impact: Working closely with our cross functional team, we designed a human centered and data driven onboarding experience focused around user values and stages of the journey. This information not only elevated how KeepHome could help them, but would allow us to path users to the most actionable resources for their needs. KeepHome was a new business offering created by Framework that housed the Homebuyer Ed course as well as homeownership resources. Impact: This proposed homepage redesign was aimed to merge the brands of Framework Homeownership & KeepHome into one brand across our different service offerings. The goal was to shape a continuous brand experience across all touch points including the Framework course, KeepHome, or the blog on the Framework marketing website. Impact: As part of this strategy exploration, we developed a service blueprint that mapped the current state of Framework’s engagement and onboarding of new partners (B2B), and the outreach strategies for their unique customers (B2C).
